Aside from that, most parts of eastern Germany have less migrants than the rest of the country.

On topic, I mostly prefer the German names, too, there's just some bizarre ones I don't really like, like Folipurba for Leafeon.
And I've noticed that in recent gens, Germans names have a stronger tendency to more closely resemble the japanese ones.
