>>21027613He's great but hindered by a lack of power and may be just a tad too slow to beat a lot of the faster scarfers. If he had say swords dance or even bulk up he'd be fantastic but with no attack boosts he'll struggle to break physical walls.
If spikes weren't so goddamn easy to remove he'd clean house, his checks weaken into KO range by repeat hazard damage, but as of now he's just a tad short on power.
If the ORAS tutors are good to him (or if gamefreak is just nice to him like how Hera got Pin missile) he couldbbe unstoppable however.
