See, this is the kind of shit I was talking about with the Explosion nerf in Gen V. Why go nerf the move itself and then give everyone and their mother, including a Ghost type, Damp?

Gamefreak hardly understands how their own game works.

In an interview, they explain how King's Shield deliberately let's will o wisp through. They intended burning aegislash to be the go yo way to deal with it.

They were legitimately surprised people ran special aegis to avoid being hindered by burn.
