Okay, so I was training my Charizard in the Elite Four yesterday when I noticed something really weird. I had used two Dragon Dances and somehow Wikstrom's Probopass was faster than my Charizard. Played a bit earlier today and the same thing happened against Drasna's Altaria and during my match with Malva too. He was about their level, higher in the last one I did and I was still having this issue. I was wondering if anyone else has run into this problem.
