Considering pistol shrimps use sonic booms to stun their prey, you could well justify it getting Boomburst. That at least would give it something to hit Azumarill with.

Bonus points if Boomburst gets boosted by Mega Launcher

Base 100 speed is really all it needs.

>Water is a great type
>Its defenses are slightly above average
>Special attack is pretty meh
>Ability more than makes up for it by boosting its best moves 50% which essentially gives it STAB fighting, dark and dragon on top of its water STAB.

Give it 20 extra BST in speed and shift the last 21 needed to reach 100 speed from attack. Boom, you have a solidly A+ rank specs sweeper for UU.

Assuming it's in the running for a Mega around the time of Gen VII-

HP- 71
Attack- 83
Defense- 108
Sp.Attack- 160
Sp.Def- 109
Speed- 69

Obviously keeps Mega Launcher, but could get an extra type to let it really abuse it. At risk of sounding like an idiot, Dragon could work on account of the claw's design, and because of Dragon Shrimps. Otherwise, Steel or Fire, if they feel like doing some movepool retcons.

Shell Smash would make sense too, and would certainly let it get around that terrible Speed.
