Hello /vp/, allow me to tell you a tale of a place called Smogontown.

Smogontown was founded to be a utopian community, balanced and fair to all, and at first it was. All of the little
boys and girls of Smogontown lived in peace, and they were happy. The citizens were divided up into "tiers"
respective of their abilities. No one tier was considered worse than another, and the citizens of lower tiers always
had great fun when visiting the higher tiers. "All of our citizens are special!" preached the government "all of you are
equally useful!" But as we all know, all good things must come to an end. Over time the lower tiers were neglected,
with the lowest ones mostly populated by mere children. The higher tiers may have had an even worse fate. Those
who lived in the OU tier became highly restricted in how they could lead their lives, with the government making a list
of cookie-cutter lifestyles that they could perform. Ubers eventually became nothing more than a prison, and its
caretakers became its guards. These guards were ruthless, and would mercilessly drag any citizen who did not fit in
the lifestyles of OU over to Ubers with little more respect than what we would give a rabid dog. The guards would
treat the uber citizens however they liked. Over time, the guards would become little more than crazed rapists who
took what they wanted. They become so desperate for new suspect-tests that they start taking normal citizens
from OU and forcing them into Ubers, where they were unable to fend for themselves.
