thats why the pokemon haxx/rng stuff needs a rebalancing.

>paralyse -you paralyse every 4th round. (-6speed is sick enough)
>remove flinching from the game except fake out or fake out like moves.
>sleep- always sleeping 1-2rounds- no instant wake up but not longer than 2 rounds.
>confusion- see paralyse
>after using protect/endure the next one fails for 100% instead of 50%
>freeze- always freezing you for 2 rounds
>remove evasion abilities and moves completely from the game

every good player know that this is the only way (maybe not 100% like my ideas but something like this for sure)
