Infernape's only a shitmon if you're unhealthily obsessed with bulk. Its movepool, stats, and typing basically mean that it'll never truly be outclassed by anything. Hell, if team preview wasn't a thing, it'd probably still be one of the most popular pokemon in standard play.

But infernape would get +30 to both attacking stats, +20 to speed and the rest in defenses while keeping iron fist or giving it the wonderful and oh so useful inner focus like gardehomo, it would just be an inferior infernape with no access to scarf or life orb.

Either way Mawile fucking sucks, meh defenses, awful speed and pure steel typing doesn't even make it a good attacker.

There's absolutely nothing you could do to make Mawiler uber. Its stats are so painfully low that even Speed Boost or Huge Power wouldn't save it. It's slow, frail, and has little offensive presence and a weak STAB move.

You could make it decent, maybe RU, but uber? Not in a million years.
