Why are there a bunch of Jirachi (and a few Darkrai) on the GTS named "FUCK YOU"?

Event legendaries don't know up on the GTS except for these, how is this even possible?

They need to add a reporting option with choices like Offensive Nickname, Hack, Impossible Trade.

But more importantly they need to add an option to view stats, nature, and moves before you trade.

They need to weed out the nontradables big time. If Mew can't be traded don't have the option to ask for him. I'm trying to get a leavanny and I gotta swim through the requests for celebi, Mew and other eventmons.

I'm tired of all those asshole saying "hurrdurr 6iv!" when it's just a shitmon with shitty iv and they simply want free legendary.
