Holding Focus Sash
Jolly, max EVs on attack and speed.
-Fake out
-Foul Play
-Hypnosis
-U-Turn
Send it out as a lead and watch the fun begin. A lot of times you can easily score a hypnosis hit or a couple of Foul Plays after a fake out, simply because they don't expect it and they decide to buff their current Pokemon instead of just taking you out. If it's something that is weak to dark, or has a crazy high attack, you can net a 1 or 2HKO easily. If not, U-turn out and come back later to screw with someone else.
Back when physical Aegislash was all the rage, Meowth was my go-to counter, simply because he was never perceived as a threat, and they'd leave themselves wide open.
