Yes. It also breaks if your Trainer moves slightly, so you have to find a place where you're jammed into a corner.

You will, if you're the one who cheats it.
Don't know about you, but to me altering the stats of a legitimate shiny sorta takes out the happiness in finding the shiny. Just becomes another genned tool for competitive pokemon rather than a shiny you worked hard to find

You should play Deus Ex human revolution for wii u.. Augmented pokemon is a better word, imo.
I prefer natural breeding though, to get ivs and such. Cheating stuff bores me.
