so i just bought a 3ds off of amazon and every time i turn on the wifi the system crashes but i dont get an error code. any help? ill dump an XY mega stone code to whoever helps

i already contacted the seller b4 i made the thread seeing if i could get a refund or an exchange, since the system was advertised as running in perfect condition.
