Literally the only thing that could benefit it would be a type change. Ghosts are immune to counter, dark is immune to mirror coat, and he's weak to both.

He gets a new ability that's a combination of both Magic Bounce and Shadow Tag. Call it Sticky Bounce or some shit.

You can't increase HP, and increasing his defenses or speed would actually make the fucker worse.

Or... There's actually a use for mega wobba with increased stats. For doubles. Incresed defenses + auto follow me upon mega evolving (and now it learns it too). Shit would be bananas in VGC.

Wobba now learns follow me.
Aside from being taunt bait it would make a great punching bag in VGC.

It's not really anything you can improve abouth Wobuffet at all that Mega Evolution provides.
Things that could help it:
>Higher HP
>Larger movepool
The only things we can get are better attacking stats, which would not make any difference, and better defences and speed, which would actually make it worse.

Wobuffet is in the same boat as Ditto, you can't really make it better through Mega Evolution without creating new overpowered abilites for them.
