Why would you ever put roar and a lock in move like roll out... This is awful.
First, give it Speed Boost.
Then run something like
Alaskan bullwurm @sandys tail
- crunch/elemental fang
- Earth Quake
- substitute
- pursuit/brick break
252 speed / 252 attack / 4 Def
The only reason this thing isn't OU is the typing. If you can set up a substitute, it's a fucking house, but good luck against something like king jellyfish. Half the meta resisting it is the only reason it doesn't tank into OU
