It has enough speed to potentially flinch just about anything to death (and it hits hard enough that it'll only take a few hax to do it), steels like Heatran that it can't flinch to death go down to Earth Power, it has very few viable switch-ins because not many of them are counters any more after a Seed Flare drop, and 100/75/75 bulk is enough to easily eat one and probably two priority hits, except Ice Shard or a Talonflame BB.
