Starting off with a scrub question: why is this thing not even UU? One would think that base 95 Speed and 125 Atk combined with that sweet coverage would suffice.
Thinking of trying out this set in UU: Naive 252 Atk/Speed with Tbolt/Ice punch and Fire Punch/EQ/HP Grass/Sub, to see what's so bad about it. A Scarf or a Motor Drive boost should let it take care of Victini.
What are the common UU electric types and threats between 95 and 100 speed? I want to compare it to the competition.
