OK how is it jap players keep showing me hoopa and volcanion? Does their powersaves style device allow them to get them? Does anyone have them yet? Please I am dying to get these pokemon!!

Cyber Gadget Save Editor. Works on Japanese 3DSs only. Allows for hex editing, so they can get crazy stuff like permanent megas with illegal stats. Hoopa and Volcanion can't be traded since they're unreleased.

Yeah, you can. PkHex works with it so you can edit your mons more easily with that. I doubt most of the Youtubers with Hoopa and Volcanion from the device know any Japanese though, so you could still operate the program with a tutorial or something if you don't understand.
