Definitely leftovers. It's the only thing that is super desirable and you can't have enough of. Ability capsule is only useful occasionally in breeding situations and there's no reason to have more than one everstone.

Eviolite, Rocky Helmet and PP Max pretty much in that order are the biggest pain-in-the-ass items and the most useful at the same time.

Leftovers is right behind that.

Ability Capsule is the most "expensive" time-wise but it's still easy to get by yourself, just kinda tedious. So still not terrible. But kinda boring.

you can easily farm chanseys in the friend safari for them
with compoundeyes every chansey has 20% chance to hold one
so no lucky egg giveaways ffs

destiny knots are hella easy to get. lefties is the rarest. ppup and ppmax are a close second. eviolite is a bit of a pain. rocky helmets are one of a kind but not in high demand.

abillity capsule is a must if the pokemon you are giving away has another viable abillity so people can choose which one they want (not hidden though)
master ball IS rare and valuable for trading
and there is no way to get another one

also you wont need more than 3 leftovers unless you are some stall scrub that noone likes anyway
