I rember I have tried a CB Froslass back in Gen5 OU, CB Ice Shard was a safe switch for the set up dragons and usually DragMag teams and Forslass didn't have to care about its Focus Sash, plus was immune to Extreme Speed. Wasn't really good but sure was a nice gimmick even in the high ladder. The set was:

Ice Shard
Sucker Punch / Crunch
Ice Punch
Trick / Wake-up Slap / Destiny Bond

The main issue was the limited physical movepool.
