OP is asking about a mixed set. Why would you use a weak special attack in one of its STAB types when you could use a strong physical attack?

Hell, even if you're doing an all-special set on T-tar (for some reason), why use HP Rock when you could use Ancient Power and have a chance at some stat boosts?

It's not bad, I don't know why it's become so cool to hate on assvest TTar. Use it when it's required, don't throw it out against everything unless you can heal it. It tanks like no tomorrow and can pretty much dent anything weak to Pursuit
