What about dealing with U-Turn in general? Making a new team. My idea is to look for something decent with flame body which off the top of my head there is not to annoy them.

Not really counter. Just annoy. It just pisses me off when I go a whole game and their Landarous literally used 1 move the entire game. Usually dying from fucking Iron Barbs or him being the last mon to get nuked. Why does it even have 4 moves?

OP, try Chandelure.

It can run a surprisingly effective Substitute set that can do a few different things:

Chandelure @ Leftovers
Flame Body
Modest
252 SpA however much speed you want, rest in HP.

Shadow Ball
Substitute

then any two of WoW, Pain Split, Flamethrower, or a coverage move.

FYI Flame Body activates if the opponent hits your sub. Chandelure 4x resists U-turn, and has a lot of great resistances that it can abuse to fish for burns.

because U-turn is actually a really great move and lando is an excellent pivot and forces switches pretty easily. if you know that he is going to U-turn just stay in and use an attack on the u-turning lando (Assuming you are faster) or an attack on the incoming pokemon

Have a look on Bulbapedia. If you look up a move, it'll tell you all of its particular attributes, such as whether it's a contact move, or a sound move, ect.

Anyway you should never rely on abilities like flame body, yes, they're handy to have on a pokèmon that can't get anything else and will be good if they ever get actived. If they ever do though.

I think he's asking for U-turn because the pokémon switches out, so he doesn't know if the trigger for the burn happens before the switch or something.
