Tobias's. I still am disappointed that they didn't let Ash win that League, mainly when I think it was because BW's launching was approaching, as if it did not have enough hate, but not only did he beat a Pokémon that no Gym Leader nor anyone else could, he went beyond and tied with his second one. I like to think Ash was, unofficially, the Sinnoh League's runner-up;
Nando was neat. I liked his character, his Contest battles and his League battle against Ash. It was really a shame that he was beaten right away and that he probably won't make any cameo anymore.
