The Kyurem movie is amazing compared to almost all the others because it was about Pokemon and not some lame human antagonist.
Kyurem was a total badass and easily the best part of the movie, too.

If you're looking for a shit-tier Pokemon movie look no further than the Genesect one.

Best were 2000, Mewtwo Strikes Back, Rise of Darkrai and Spell of the Unown

Worst were Genesect, Kyreum, and Manaphy ones.

Deoxys and Zororark were okay.

My favorite was Giratina cause the portrayal of itself and the MC-Escher style Distortion World were fucking amazing
