Hi /vp/! I'm one of your representatives for VGC 2015, and I have a strategy in place, I just need a good mon to slow down the match, make damage come in slower, survive a nice long while and maybe transfer a bit of status. In a perfect world, should look like this;

Light Screen
Heal Pulse
Heal Bell
w muh balk

Ideas? Turn slowing has priority.
