Since I'm europoor, I've been wondering which one to get. I'm not overly fond of the region and I don't really care about legendaries in Hoenn, so I'm asking: which one are you buying? Which one do you recommend? I've been thinking about buying the less popular one, whichever it might be... it could be useful in trades.

Alpha because I have always loved Kyogre. Groudon is cool and all but the idea of a gigantic land monster has been done a lot. I don't recall recent movies/books that depict a murderous Megalodon.

This is the first time since gen 3 that I haven't been able to get both versions at once (but I'm okay with it because I always only main one at a time anyway), so I decided to get AS first. No particular reason, really.

While we don't know the version exclusives yet, that's less of a big deal because of GTS and stuff. My advice is to hold out until we know what the version exclusive megastones are, because people will be less willing to trade those.
