>>21101450If there was a hold item like Power Herb but for second turn recharge moves, then Hyper Beam would be a bit more viable, allowing you to fire off 2 Hyper Beams consecutively.
I've tried many sets on Porygon-Z like Agility, Double Dance and Scarf but in the end it's still not easy to use in the Battle Spot or OU environment. I've switched to Porygon2 for now which performs wonderfully, but hopefully ORAS will offer something that can make Porygon-Z better.
