How come Lucario are listed in the Human-Like egg group but tons of other pokemon that share just as many human like characteristics are not?

Eh, I try not to take Egg Groups too seriously. You might as well ask why Skitty prefer Wailord vag, or why the Gardevoir family loves ghost/tentacle/goo dick.

I think it has more to do with mating habits.

I think it has something to do with both Riolu and Lucario being bipedal humanoids. Whereas a lot of other humanoids like Zoroark or Blaziken start out as basically just animals (which are able to breed, unlike Riolu).
