Mega Scizor over scizor, also the EVs dont make much sense if you arent using roost. if you opt for roost, copy the evs from smogon, if you dont then just use 248 hp 252 attack adamant.
rotom-w with hp ice isnt all that great because hydro pump hits grounds harder, the latis arent going to be taking much from hp ice, and garchomp is better to just switch out of anyways
for infernape, you can switch the set to sash with the moves stealth rock/fake out/close combat/overheat as a lead, or you can keep the life orb, drop fake out for mach punch and drop encore for grass knot or any other attacking move really.
if you choose the second set, change the tyranitar set to stealth rock/crunch/pursuit/ice beam 252 hp/252 def relaxed
chandelure looks good, but max speed timid is probably better than investing in bulk, because chandelure isnt very bulky, also consider infiltrator over flash fire
