Looking at Parental bond, it's pretty much;
>technician, except it boosts almost all attacks
>a slightly worse serene grace, but with the saving grace that it can possibly activate twice in one turn
>a pseudo-infiltrator, provided the first hit can break the sub
>simple, regarding moves with a 100% stat raise/drop. Also applies to opponent debuffs not just self buffs
It's pretty fantastic. Slap it on any pokemon and go to town offensively.
