>>21132924If the parent has the nature you want, yes. Everstone is irrelevant to IVs and it doesn't matter which pokemon has destiny knot.
From there you just bring the offspring you want to check to the battle tester in lumiose city and enter a battle, when you get into a battle check the summary of the offspring and compare its stats to what they should be based on your calculations for that pokemon with the stats you are looking for at level 50. Use the stat calculator at psypokes to do this.
Also make sure to save before entering the battle test, that way you can reset to start again and check another poke or continue breeding rather than finish the battle.
Then just keep replacing the parents with the offspring with 30 IVs as you get them.
