I've been thinking about a pokemon game and i want to know what you think of it.

Game is set in a very lonely rusty industrial kind of world. Maybe a little steam punky.
You start your journey not as a pokemon trainer but as someone who wants to bring the land to its former glory.

You learn that there still is life in this world as you encounter a professor who is studying 3 weird creatures.

He gives you one of them to raise as he doesn't know what these creatures are but wants to know more about them.

So you start your journey of world regeneration and start to realize that your creature seems to attract other weird creatures.

You use an experimental device to catch them and send their data to the prof.

Team Metal catches wind of it and steals one of thw professors devices and recreate them with their scientists.

Soon they start to attack you and the cities.
And as they do more and more pokemon start to appear in anger that they are used to destroy the world even more.

You fight your way to their leader and as you topple him a legendary pokemon appears.

It's the pokemon representing Restoration and offers you to restore the world to a state it was in before.

You agree and the world is back to a lush and thriving world.
Also, pokemon are much more lively and happier, and there also are gyms.

You start a new journey to become the champ
