Idea: Instead of 1 shiny palette, there are 17. When you breed a pokemon, the primary typing of the father controls the shiny sprite, unless it's a Ditto, in which case it's chosen randomly.

Reason to breed with not Ditto.
Tons of uniqueness added to the game.
It gets rid of stupid, stupid shiny swaps (like Garchomp/Gengar/etc.)
