I think he meant only Sugimori is holding a picture of a Pokemon he actually created, and the others are holding pictures of designs by the others, for whatever reason.

She's a graphic designer for Game Freak.

For Black and White she designed Pokemon, did animation, and 3D modeling.

Her favorite Pokemon is Pansage.

The last sentence is hard as fuck for me to translate.

I don't hate Sugimori or think he's killing pokemon, but sometimes i do wonder what the hell is going on through his head. When he isn't making some of the GOAT pokemon, he's making some of the absolute worst. He constantly has artist's block and has to ask for help to design nowadays. I think he just lost his spark.

Hawlucha is ok, but i'm beggining to think he just doesn't have it in him to do something like Gengar anymore. Nearly all of my favorite designs in the past 4 gens have been non-sugimori. Feels bad, man.
