Why is normal Mawile still OU? It sucks not being able to reak havoc in NU with Sheer Force Life Orb Mawile.

Why is Charizard and Manetric still OU? It's probably too much effort to worry about that. I think OU is the main one that isn't worrying about that. In time I'm sure they'd separate them like they did for Lucario. UU has been with the separation of Mega Heracross and regular Heracross.
