It's ludicrously bulky for UU, but with more waters running Ice Beam again and it being outsped by Hydreigon and Haxorus(Espeed is kind of good but not really), its typing is a real weakness. It's still way too bulky for its ability to boost attack though, so I don't see it coming back down.
