Since GameFreak already confirmed that they worked on Gen VII even before Gen VI was released, what are you expecting from it?

Personally I'm expecting ACTUAL evolutions from pokémon, and less mega's.

Secondly, more eeveelotions.

And lastly, some interesting type combinations like Normal/Ghost and Water/Bug (I don't count Surskit as it sucks)

How can you not care about the new pokemon? For me that is one of the things that killed x and y, the fact there was hardly any new pokemon in most routes. Like getting to route 8 and seeing wingull, seviper, mienfoo, absol all in the same route but no new pokemon that reflect the environment around them. I actually love nearly every new design and think the quality was the highest since gen 2, but the quantity made the games so lacking in the atmosphere department, with the feel of a brand new region to explore not exactly there

Didn't one of the devs say the primary, if not the only reason there was only one Eevee this gen was to give attention to the new type? If so, we're all but guaranteed for at least one moar Eevee next gen.

They don't seem to put as much effort into the concepts for the mons, and the games keep getting more and more linear, handholdy, and childish. Not to forget fact that Pokemon company has potential for so much, but they just rehash the same story
I think AS will be my final game
