I think you're missing the point. a Fairy type would be immune to Spatial Rend, even if this thing had Dracinate. Which would only boost the power of Spatial Rend, not turn it into a normal type.

No, YOU missed the point. Spacial Rend is super effective to Normal types when you have Dracinate. Sylveon wouldn't stand a chance.

Dracinate is fucking stupid.
Oh yeah, let's give EVERYTHING that learns Hyper Voice an -ilate ability.

It already has a signature move, what it needs is signature ability, like the ridiculously awesome Auto Gravity (Dimension Bend) or something.

Design is A- but too edgy and too stubby for hands and feet (I know this is the artist' style, but still)

Overall I would say 6/10

For what purpose. You do realize the purpose of these abilities right? Aside from Aurorus they're meant to give a Pokemon a way of utilizing their Stab. Palkia already has great Dragon type Stab with Draco Meteor and Spacial Rend. You're just slapping the ability on everything like Gamefreak has been except Gamefreak's are actually somewhat reasonable. Altaria doesn't learn many Fairy moves and Salamence doesn't get any Flying moves aside from Fly and Aerial Ace.
