If Heliolisk was introduced in Gen 5, it would be everywhere. If Electrify was on anything with Motor Drive or Volt Absorb it would become instantly good.

Ion Deluge is the Normal to Electric attacks. Electrify takes any attack and changes it to Electric. So just a simple Drain Punch or EQ becomes Electric
