Ground types aren't doing shit. The closest thing Charizard X has to a counter is Azumarill and Landorus-T. And even then, Azumarill has a chance to be 2HKO after pebbles with even an unboosted EQ and Landorus has to make sure it doesn't switch in on WoW. You can revenge-kill it, absolutely but even if all is right in the world, the mother fucker could just smell the choice scarf coming for how boldly you brought that pokemon in and just switch out.
There are 4 Mega Char X:
>DD with EQ>DD with WoW>Bulky WoW>Mixed with HP IceAnd the best part is that they are all entirely interchangeable.
You can't even CHECK all of those sets. You can say Earthquake, but Fly says otherwise. At least one variant of Charizard X is going to fuck you sideways no matter what you do and the others may be manageable for your team, but manageable is just funny way of saying "if he predicts this switch, I am fucked."
>Mega Charizard X unboosted is a Parental Bond Arcanine with 78/130 bulk, Palkia's speed, and Heatran strapped to its back for Special Attack support. Oh and it's fucking Fire/Dragon type. No, seriously.
