you're retarded. the design is neither lazy nor unappealing. it's a streamlined sky dragon monster as regular Rayquaza and the mega only enhances those traits while also keeping with the theme of the "energized" designs prominent in Primal Groudon and Primal Kyogre.

it does everything a mega should do, in terms of design.

I agree. the markings on Rayquaza represent lowercase delta, but having an uppercase delta represented by these horns... it would have been better if they replaced the delta on it's forehead with a downward pointing triangle and represented it that way
