Flash fire sucks and I see no reason to make Typhlosion fire/steel. I'd add Earth Power to his moveset (he is after all a volcano pokemon), make his mega fire/ground and fast with massive special attack. Maybe even give it regenerator to make eruption maintain power better.
There's no reason to give Feraligatr two megas, he was nowhere near as popular as Charizard was in the first games. I'd stick with the water/dragon one.
