Manectric has the right idea with Intimidate Volt Switch, but Flygon having STAB Draco Meteor into STAB U-Turn with neither being at lowered power sounds interesting from a gameplay perspective as both an offensive pivot and a scout. Hand it Magic Guard since it's literally the Mystic Pokemon already anyway to make up for resisting rocks on U-Turn and give it a better switch into burn and poison and you've got as solid of a thing going on as PuP Kangaskhan, Sucker Punch Absol, and Swords Dance/Roost Scizor
