They're more like mixed attackers tbh. They can't viably run sets that only consists of special attacks.

also in either nu or pu I saw someone run poliwrath with vacuum wave, it might've been mixed or fully special I didn't see all 4 moves

Is special Toxicroak also a viable special Fighting attacker as well? Unresisted Ghost+STAB Fighting + STAB Sludge Wave and HP Ice as special replacements for Gunk Shot and Ice Punch is pretty good. 86 special attack might dent allot of things after it gets a plot up.

What's worse is that keldeo is the only fighting type that always goes fully special.
And as some anon posted you're missing toxicroak and maybe coballion as it can run defensive sets with only one attack or some shit.
Also technically toxicroak and infernape's prevos almost go mixed but that's besides the point.

If you're willing to get creative, machamp has some potential. No guard with Focus Blast and Fire Blast isn't too shabby, it's also surprising. 65 base SpA could be usable if you use Work Up on Machamp, or pass him a nasty plot. he's got a lot of bulk too, plus vacuum wave.

Yeah priority and some little recovery could work. Although I just love the sheer power this set brings. It would need some Sticky Web and Paralysis support to actually be threatening. And maybe a dedicated Talonflame killer....
