Could I get some advice for an all-Unova team?

I want to use:

Samurott
Gothitelle
Vanilluxe
Golurk
Bisharp
Hydreigon

Would it be better to use this team in Black or Black 2?

And I don't know why are you asking where to use the team... The AI is not really challenging, unless you're using the Challenge key in Black2.
I'd also use B2 because tutor moves are great.

Play BW2 and be free to use whatever you want. The game is not hard and using Pokémon you like is something you have freedom to do and not be afraid of losing.

Mostly availability. I like getting teams fully formed by the E4, and I'm not a huge fan of only having access to the middle/final stage until post-E4, but as you mention I like having the move tutors available plus the third versions are usually the "complete" versions.

Whatever version I use this team for, I'll use a completely different one in the other version, and I'm only playing both this time around because the third version is a sequel.

Well, for ingame its perfectly fine.
I thought this was something for competitive, like a theme for a team, but otherwise, it's ok to use it.
