Fixing some more really broken stuff:
Technician: now works with attacks of 100 and lower power
Normalize: hits everything except ghosts super effectively and makes resistant to all attacks
Chlorophyl: now also boosts atack and special attack of grass pokemon by 1 every turn
Sand veil: now boosts evasion to +6 while sandstorm is active
Anger point: also reduces power of incoming critical hits by 50%
Protean: also changes user's type to resistant if hit by any attack
Download: triggers every turn
Guts: also grants magic guard effect for statuses
Magic guard: also grants Guts effect but for Sp.Atk too
Truant: is now contagious like Mummy
Mummy: adds ghost type
Toxic boost: now does not lose hp while intoxicated
No guard: power of all moves doubled if the target is evasive
Healer: in addition to 30% chance of healing status conditions it now reverses their effects essentially making affected pokemon to work like they has Guts, Poison heal or Quick feet
Overgrow, Torrent and Blaze range is now 50% of health
Bullet punch, Vacuum wave, Aqua jet, Shadow sneak: base power is now 80
Stockpile: now can stockpile 6 times
New move: belly drum for special attacks - head drum lol
New move: priority base 80 power rock type
Critical hit mechanics: everything beyond +3 to crit rate will add to crit power
Super luck: +3 to crit rate instead of +1
Talonflame now learns Dragon Ascent
