Wanna know what pseudos could get Shell Smash? Salamence and Tyranityar, since both at some point had shells, unlike Hydreigon, even with a steel typing it wouldn't be breaking it's own shell since metal armor is not a shell.

Metagross desevers Shift Gear more, it's probably the worst pseudo right now, and it makes at least some sense on it.

At least it's not "lets give it geomancy/quiver dance guise, even though it goes against the very nature of hydreigon"
