Mega's should only be used for pokemon that shouldn't be able to evolve nomrally, cross gen evos should still exist. Bannete should have gotten a normal evo, not a mega.

The reason they're adding so many megas is because it's the ONLY way to add new Pokemon to a remake (ORAS) since you can't change the Pokedex, and they want to add new stuff

Gen 7 will most likely add some real evolutions for old Pokes

He isn't getting a Mega. Mea Stones are ancient stones and I don't think Silph Co. can create their own, but, what if Porygon-2 has a dual evolution with a proper evolution that was actually developed by Silph?
