It's looking less and less likely that it will appear in ORAS, but we don't know for sure that it won't be in.
That said, we don't know if it will be in either, ignore people here about that since half of /vp/ believed Hoenn remakes were fake and denied that they were real upon reveal.

It's not looking likely from what we've seen, but hopefully they're just gonna reveal it later like what they did with Amie. Maybe.

I just want to change clothes, really. Hair and skin options aren't that important to me.
