-Rayquaza recognized you as the chosen one that can trigger it's mega stone at lilycove seaside
-Sootopolis climax
-both mascots fuck off to roaming Terra/Marine cave
-Rayquaza returns to messed up Sky pillar
all 3 available in both games, including the two primal formes.
