This isn't a coincidence.
Obviously there's no memory link, so we wont see them directly (unless they pull a Red and make one of them the canon protag, which I don't think the will do)
But more than likely, we will see N in Z version, and he'll explain that he met his "old friend" or some shit. We may see the Original Dragon too.
